Our Admissions Philosophy
At HEI Schools Egypt, admissions are designed to be personal, transparent, and child-centered.
We focus on ensuring that every child and family is the right fit for our play-based Finnish education model. Admissions are available for children aged 6 months to 4.5 years, subject to availability at each campus.

Our Admissions Process
Step 1 – Book a School Tour
Parents are invited to book a tour through our website. Tours are opened every two weeks, and availability depends on the selected time slot.
Step 2 – Campus Visit & Introduction
During the visit, families meet our team, explore the learning environment, and learn about our curriculum and daily routines.
Step 3 – Application Submission
Following the visit, families may submit an application if places are available.
Step 4 – Confirmation & Enrollment
Accepted families receive enrollment confirmation and onboarding details.
Required Documents
To complete the application, the following documents are required:
Parent ID or passport copy
Child’s birth certificate
Child’s vaccination certificate
Five (5) passport-size photos of the child
Additional documents may be requested for international families if applicable.
Availability & Waitlist
Enrollment is subject to capacity at each campus and age group.
If a class is full, families may choose to join our waitlist, and our admissions team will contact them once a place becomes available.

Tuition fees and payment details are shared during the school tour or admission meeting.
